ABOUT
Hi there, I’m Nikkia Young, PhD (she/ her/ hers). I’m an experienced equity-centered educator, consultant and licensed clinical psychologist, and an engaging, dynamic and compassionate speaker and facilitator.Â
My early career experiences as a gymnastics and martial arts instructor, turned Kindergarten teacher, taught me to improvise and listen, move and play, make the complex accessible, keep my heart open during conflict, and attune to the deep needs of a group.

WORKSHOPS AND SEMINARS
Interactive, engaging and effective, workshops and trainings range from single sessions of 1-2 hours to full day sessions over several days. Ongoing workshop series, which often take place over several months allow groups to deepen and apply their learning between sessions.
